I went to Red Envelope and had a difficult choice in choosing the items I wanted to try. The choices are fun and extraordinary. I began looking over the list and couldn’t choose between the personalized pie dish, Night Before Christmas Activity, and a full dozen gourmet dipped fancy berries. I kept going straight to the berries. Chocolate covered strawberries is my weakness. I knew this is the ultimate gift for me. I also picked up a little something for my sister too. I obviously can’t disclose what that item is because it’s for Christmas but it was a great price! The best thing was that I had both in my hands in 24 hours after ordering for only $10.99. These berries arrived juicy. They were the perfect treat for a special date in my friend’s office as we hid from the kids to enjoy the decadent treats.

Shopping on the Red Envelope site was easy but it was hard to decide what to choose. I would like to see a search option for recipient. This would make it easier to find a gift for any occasion to purchase for my sister. This option is available for the Christmas department though!

We definitely do not go completely without television. We watch tv shows on Netflix but the movies are not new releases. Like a lot of families, we enjoy watching the newest movies as they come out on DVD. We love to make some popcorn and curl up with each other to enjoy a movie. We have been using Redbox for a couple years and love it. We actually survived on it when I was in labor with Myles for two weeks and out of town.  Redbox is actually one of my tips on traveling with kids. I will be sharing a post like this month before we travel to California with 5 kids. 

Redbox is a great alternative to your regular movie stores for a fraction of the price. They have more than 26,000 kiosks at convenient locations nationwide, parents can easily rent movies and games for the family while out running errands. Redbox offers more than just DVDs. They have started offering Blu-ray Disc rentals and video games. You can currently visit their website and discover what is in your local redbox locations to reserve a movie before you go down there. This feature is great since I usually send my husband to rent movies. He always gets his choice of movies or attempts to find one he thinks I will like. Now I get a say. Redbox does require a credit card to be used for rental purposes. This may make it harder for those who do not have one available to rent movies. The only major problem I see with Redbox is the outside kiosks. If the weather is bad, I wouldn’t stand in it to rent a movie. If you have the Redbox app downloaded you can easily find a different location.

Do I miss satellite? Very rarely. The cost speaks for itself $100 vs $1.  Do you think you could live without satellite?

Recently, I got a sneak peek at the Fall line from Tea Collection. I am quite impressed. The colors are vibrant. The material is soft. The patterns are fun and eye catching. I will be honest, I have loved Tea Collection from afar. I didn’t know if I would still love them when that box arrived on my door step.

I love that each piece is unique but they each come together so beautifully. If you are looking for something different for family pictures that lets each child’s personality shine through, Tea Collection is a great place to start. I recommend taking a look at the timeless pieces that Tea offers. I bet you won’t be disappointed!
