Mamavation Monday:
This week I did the Couch to 5K week 2. I did get sick and need to complete Day 3 but No Excuses right? I am also excited for the newest 2 week challenge starting in a week with MrBookieBoo. I will be participating this time around. Instead of any pushups I will be doing dumbbell presses. I haven’t been as focused on the Ab Crusher lately but I am working on crunches, situps and doing 1 minute bridges. I also love flutter kicks and leg lifts.
I really need to start meal planning better. I swear that is my downfall. I keep going back to that old question: “What’s for dinner?” Then rushing and putting stuff together. Now that the temperatures are dropping, I want to start stocking up on freezer meals like soups and casseroles. Anything I can toss into the freezer.
How would you brand your health and wellness lifestyle? How do you want others to know you in this area?
I don’t know how I would brand myself but I hope that I can become someone to look up to. I want to be someone that others can rely on for support. Lack of support is a huge reason people fail at changing their lifestyle and I don’t think they need to feel like there is no one there to support them.

Great job sticking with your C25K! Don’t forget, if you need it, taking a break to take care of your body/health is not an excuse but a necessity.
That being said, YOU ROCK! Keep up the hard work and I look forward to doing the challenge with you. Sounds like fun.

Meal planning is one of those things that I’m trying to get back to. I just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone in that and that you’re someone whose support means a lot to me.

That is the exact question I find myself asking every night. Meal planning has been a revelation.
