Remembering your own name is difficult enough when you are sleep deprived. Adding a hungry baby and you could be in trouble. Giving your doctor accurate information is impossible when you aren’t keeping track. With all our technology, we are able to keep track a lot easier without losing our minds. There is also no reason to carry a notebook in your full diaper bag when you can add everything to your phone.

Mommy’s Milk is an app that helps you track your baby’s feedings. You will be able to keep track and know when the last time that your baby was breastfed or if you pumped. You will get an overview of each day on one screen to get an accurate account of how often you fed or how many ounces you pumped. There is no reason to worry if your baby is getting enough milk when you can monitor their feedings closely. Do you have a certain amount of milk that you would like to pump each day? Mommy’s Milk helps you track your progress as well. 

I have found the Mommy’s Milk app to be helpful. I like the ease of the app. It’s easy to navigate while you are feeding late at night. I will remember the last side that I nursed on and how long I nursed for. When I am exhausted, the last thing I need to do is figure out a complicated app. Now if it could only keep a running record of how many ounces are in your freezer. It would also be nice to have a timer that kept a running log of how long the feedings last.
