When I think of cards, I think of Hallmark. It is the first store that comes to mind when I think of memorable greeting cards for family and friends. I know that with Hallmark, I can always find something that will leave a smile on the recipient’s face. Hallmark seems to be the best source for new and innovative cards that will say what you need them to say.

Now Hallmark has taken it’s greeting cards one step further! They designed Webcam Greetings which makes your card more interactive than ever! The kids will love it! Check this video of the girls and me trying out these webcam greetings from Hallmark.

If you know someone with a webcam, these are the coolest new cards. Kids of ALL ages will love them. The card looks like any normal card. Some of the cards even have funny sayings when you open them. The characters are pretty cute too. At first the instructions weren’t very clear to me. So if you are sending them to someone that is not the most tech savvy, I’d recommend having them call you or writing the directions down. The issue I was having is that I don’t have to turn my webcam on. I just go to the Hallmark site and download the card that I received. Once it is downloaded, open it up and get your card ready. It will ask you to select your webcam and then you should see yourself in a minute. This step is very important and the one step I failed to read! Face the front of your card to the camera and watch it come to life. As you move it around a little bit, you can see all the amazing things come to life.
