Detangler is a necessity in my home. No matter how much conditioner you use, these girls have rat’s nests. Of course using a detangler can make it hard to keep clips and barrettes in. The two in one shampoo and conditioners never seem to be enough. They also have harsh irritants. So I needed to find an alternative! I wanted something that was organic and natural but really worked.

A hairstylist/salon owner and mother of two was inspired to create a line of hair and body care products for children. The line includes shampoo, conditioner, hair gel, baby lotion and soap. They also have sets that you can purchase. The shampoo is available with a slight scent or fragrance free. They are 100% sulfate and paraben free. The gel is also natural and organic! Claiming to not be sticky!

When I received the hair care products, I tried them on Isabelle and Sydnee. Both girls have the worst knots even after washing. I use detangler and it does help. But I want their hair shiny and lustrous. After using the shampoo, I could feel how clean their hair felt. Then I tried the conditioner. The conditioner had a subtle smell that was easier on my nose than the shampoo. After the bath, we dried their hair and it was remarkably soft. No detangler needed! It was incredibly shiny and easy to brush out. You can see how her hair was tangled in the above picture. There is no way I could even think of running a comb through it. This picture is after washing her hair with Jenerations Baby and drying it. It is so soft.

The sensitive shampoo is 100% fragrance free but the natural smell isn’t a pleasant one. It doesn’t stay in the hair after you wash it out and put conditioner in the hair. I would rather have a subtle natural fragrance.
