I have been wanting to do a new design for awhile now. But I was nervous. I decided that the New Year was the best time to do it though! What better way to start the new year than to start the New Year with a new look! I already knew who my designer would be and I had an idea of what I wanted.

• A new name that had to do with Fairytales but something with the boys too

This was important to me. I wanted my new name associated with my MomTv show. But now that we are having a baby boy, Fairytales and Tiaras just didn’t fit the bill. So on top of throwing off sleeping arrangements, Myles has thrown off my blog direction. For me, that just meant a new challenge. I brainstormed with Stefanie from Mommy’s Quiet Time and La De Daa Designs to come up with the perfect name! Fairytales and Puppy Dog Tails! How cute is that! Couldn’t get any more perfect!

Now the big mission: The redesign. How could I find the perfect graphics that would work with the new name. Well once again, I brainstormed with Stef and told her what I was thinking. She was fantastic! Within a day we had all the graphics necessary! She never got upset if I said No on a graphic. Instead she just worked harder on finding exactly what I wanted! I didn’t tell her colors because honestly, I couldn’t make up my mind. So that night I was sleepless because I kept trying to picture what colors would be perfect. The next day I woke up to find an email! It was from Stef with the PERFECT colors! Heck I “thought” it was the perfect header.

Of course, everything can be perfected! So I was shocked to find a new email from her a couple days later. Inside was the header that was calling to me. It answered everything I needed! Thank you Stef! I truly love it and it’s just what I wanted! Seriously if you are looking for a new site design or even a button, check out Stef!
