Shrimp Fried Rice

I am a huge fan of Fried Rice. The problem is that the ONLY chinese restaurant in our town SUCKS! It is also expensive. So I took up making my own. I am able to adjust everything and do what I like. I have tried a variety of season packs and found that this one is my favorite.  It is from Sun-Bird and has an easy to follow recipe.
