Breathe Natural Bath and Body Giveaway CLOSED

I am a major fan of bath and body products especially when they are natural. When I started learning about natural products in 2002, I was amazed! I was completely shocked to hear of some of the ingredients used in our everyday products!

• Formaldehyde

Of course these aren’t the only ingredients making our products scary.  The Cosmetics Database can help you identify hazardous ingredients in your current bath and body products. I love natural products but I rarely come across a product that works well.

A couple months ago, I received a lime body wash and a grapefruit/bergamot body scrub from Breathe Natural. When I received them in the mail, I could smell the alluring fragrances before I even opened the box. I opened up the package and found that they were wrapped tightly in packaging to prevent leakage. The packaging was simple and not too much.

The body scrub from Breathe contains 4 natural ingredients.

1. Cornmeal
2. Sea Salts
3. Canola or Olive Oil
4. Essential Oils

The sea salt and oil acts as a natural preservative for the scrub. Because the scrub is all natural, it is recommended to use within 3 months. It is not your typical scrub. The cornmeal and sea salt make the body scrub grainier than your usual scrub. I dipped my fingers in and put some of the scrub on my fingers. It felt FANTASTIC! Unlike other scrubs, I could feel how it scrubbing my dead skin away!

I love the look and feel of my skin now that I’m using the scrub. If you don’t prefer grainy scrub, this isn’t for you. The scrub is a little difficult to get out of the tub but I don’t know how to remedy that problem. Perhaps a scoop!
